I love every flavor of the shakes and have one daily to help me through the diet. Sometimes I have two if I am craving sugar! You can blend with a bit of strawberries which is amazing! I can’t believe how creamy they are with just using water and ice and only 100 calories. Thank you so much for this wonderful product! I will continue to use the shakes even after the diet.

These shakes WORK and TASTE AMAZING! I ordered 2 sample packs (1 all vanilla and 1 assorted) because I had a 4 day out of town trip scheduled and didn’t want the stress of having to prep all my P2 meals while away from home. These shakes were delicious~so rich and creamy! I mixed one with water and one with a cream Sosa zevia (another excellent ‘cheat/sub’ my doctor allows). I used a shaker bottle both times and it was great! Can’t wait to see what it does with my blender. I had loses both days and will be adding this to my p2 plan until I reach my goal. So happy to find something that works!

Love this support shake. Our favorite flavor is the vanilla made with yesterday’s left over coffee. All I add to the blender is support shake, coffee, ice cubes and stevia Sweet Leaf sweet drops English toffee drops. Best ever breakfast or treat.
