At NutraSmart LLC we are passionate about our products. We use what we sell and know that our products help us lead richer, healthier and more fulfilling lives. We want you to be able to try our products and experience the benefits they offer for yourselves. We are so confident in our products, that we offer them to you risk free.

If you are disappointed by our products for any reason, you can return the unused portion of the product to us for for a full refund of the purchase price. Our accountant says we’re crazy (and he is probably right!), but we are dedicated to only offering the best products available. If you don’t love them as much as we love them, we’ll take them back no questions asked.

We ship a lot of products and have lots of customers. In order to process a return, we need some information from you. Please email us using the contact us page to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We need to communicate with you before the return so that we can make sure we know who is sending the item back, and to gather any feedback you can give us. We don’t process many returns, and we want to understand your need and where we could have better served you when something does go wrong.

We use what we sell (I’ve personally lost way more weight than I want to talk about using NutraSmart products – your results may vary), and we believe you will love our products as much as we do. If you don’t, please help us make our products better!
